Taskivities is a small, keyboard-fast task manager built for teams. Every task requires a project, a date, an owner, and a priority to eliminate orphan tasks and ambiguity. Overdue work automatically rolls into today based on each user's local time zone. The platform records every modification permanently in an immutable history log. It includes Today, Week, and Board views, repeating tasks with flexible schedules, and keyboard shortcuts for all actions. It integrates with Claude and other MCP clients, and supports webhooks from GitHub, forms, and Zapier. The software is open source under the MIT license and runs entirely on your own Cloudflare account using a Worker, a D1 database, and an R2 bucket.
