The terms for using whereismyai: what the directory is and isn't, links to other sites, ads and affiliate links, and fair use of the site.

By using whereismyai.space (“whereismyai”, “the site”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.

What the site is

whereismyai is a free directory of AI tools, for information only. Listings describe what products say they do and what they cost; they are not reviews, endorsements or advice. Products, prices and features change often, so check the product's own site before you rely on anything here, buy or sign up.

Accuracy

We work to keep listings correct and current, but we can’t promise that everything is complete, accurate or up to date. Descriptions and AI search results are written with the help of AI models and can be wrong. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

Other sites

The site links to products and articles on websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, products, terms or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of a product is between you and the company that makes it.

Ads and affiliate links

The site shows ads from Google AdSense and a sponsored banner, and some links are affiliate links that may earn us a commission. They are marked, and they don’t change how products are listed or ranked; see how the site is paid for.

Names, logos and content

Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the products. The site’s own text, design and code belong to whereismyai. You’re welcome to link to any page and to quote short parts with a link back.

Fair use

Please don’t harm the site or the people using it: no scraping or bulk copying of the directory, no getting around the search limits, no attempts to break or overload the site, and nothing unlawful. We may block access that does.

The advisor (subscription)

The advisor is a monthly subscription, as described on the pricing page; the advisor is not available without it. It is sold by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record, which bills you $5 a month plus any applicable tax, renewing each month until you cancel. If you subscribe at the founding price of $5 a month, it stays at $5 for as long as your subscription stays active, unless our costs force a change: we will then email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it does. Any other change to the advisor’s price also comes with at least 30 days’ notice by email. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price at that time applies. You can cancel at any time from the “Manage” link on the chat page or by emailing us; the advisor then continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are as set out in the refund and cancellation policy.

A subscription is for a person’s own use. There is no message limit: each question uses part of a monthly usage allowance, which renews on your billing date, and the advisor page shows how much is left. You confirm your email with a code before subscribing; the subscription belongs to that address, which is how you sign in on other browsers and devices. Please don’t share access with others. The advisor’s answers are information drawn from product pages, not advice, and can be wrong: check a product’s own site before you buy or sign up.

Products listed here

If you make a product listed here and something about it is wrong, or you want it taken down, email hello@whereismyai.space from an address at the product's own domain.

Liability

As far as the law allows, whereismyai is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, or of any product or site it links to. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version is posted here with a new date, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
