What do I get?
The advisor, for any question about AI tools: which tool fits a job, what launched this week and whether it’s worth trying, where the tools you pay for overlap and what you could drop, what to set up for your role, and honest comparisons. Every answer comes from the directory’s live collection of products, with their own pages and prices, and nothing pays to be recommended. No message limit (the monthly allowance covers about 250 typical questions), and your chats are kept for 30 days on any device you sign in on.
Is there a limit?
There’s no message limit. Each question uses a little of a monthly allowance (a long conversation uses more than a short one). It covers about 250 typical questions, a meter on the advisor page shows how much is left, and it renews on your billing date. Starting a new chat for each new topic makes it go further.
Is there a free trial?
No, the advisor is paid only. You can read a real, unedited conversation on this page before you buy. The directory, its product pages and the AI search stay free.
Is it a subscription?
Yes. $5 a month, billed by Dodo Payments, renewing each month until you cancel. Any sales tax, VAT or GST for your country is added at checkout.
What is the founding price?
The advisor is $5 a month while it’s new. Subscribe now and you keep $5 for as long as your subscription stays active, even when the price goes up for new subscribers. If our own costs ever force a change, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then. If you cancel and subscribe again, the price at that time applies.
How do I cancel?
From the “Manage” link on the chat page, which opens your subscription page at Dodo Payments, or by emailing us. The advisor stays on until the end of the month you have paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
Can I get a refund?
Only if something went wrong on our side and you tell us within 30 days of the charge: for example you were charged twice or after cancelling, or the advisor didn’t work for you because of a fault we couldn’t fix. Changing your mind isn’t a reason for a refund, so please read the sample conversation before you buy. Cancelling stops the next charge. The refund and cancellation policy has the details.
Do I need an account?
Your email is your account, with no password. You confirm it with a 6-digit code before paying, it is filled in and locked at checkout, and the same address signs you in on any browser or phone.
Does the advisor favour products that pay?
No. No product can pay to be listed, ranked higher, or recommended by the advisor or the AI search. Its answers come from the directory’s own product pages.
Who processes the payment?
Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. It handles the checkout, any sales tax, VAT or GST, your invoice and any refund. We never see your card details.
