Dossier
Dossier is a self-hosted job search application that creates tailored resumes and cover letters and tracks applications.
Dossier is a free, self-hosted job search app that manages your job hunt on your own server. You build one profile using basics, skills, experience, projects, education, publications, and references, starting from an existing PDF, Word, or Markdown resume if you prefer. When you paste a job posting, the app matches requirements against your profile, highlights gaps, and generates a tailored resume and cover letter in your chosen tone and one of twelve themes. It prints documents to PDF, drafts accompanying emails, and tracks every application through a board, table, and dashboard with funnel metrics. It integrates with tools like Ollama, LM Studio, OpenAI-compatible APIs, Anthropic, Mistral, JSearch, Adzuna, Gmail, Google Calendar, and Claude. It stores all data in your PostgreSQL database and runs via Docker.
