Sharpy
Sharpy is a to-do list application for Mac that builds and updates a single task list automatically from chats, mail, calendar, calls, and screen activity.
Sharpy is a to-do list for Mac designed to maintain a single current task list by gathering inputs from chats, mail, calendar, calls, your screen, and connected tools like Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Linear, Notion, and Todoist. Each task links directly back to its original source moment. Completed tasks close automatically, stale tasks prompt the user to be dropped or moved, and the most relevant task sits at the top of the list. History is stored locally on the Mac, while relevant context is sent to cloud AI models for list building. Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, and Cursor can read and update the list via MCP, and scripts can connect through the CLI. It currently supports macOS with Windows and Linux versions in development.
