Puppet Master is a control plane for coding agents designed to run, watch, and manage multiple Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini sessions across unrelated projects from a single dashboard. It starts the agent CLI you already use, rendering each session as a live PTY with xterm.js where you can type, resize, and scroll. The daemon owns the PTYs and persists state to SQLite, allowing sessions to outlive the shell or browser tab so you can detach and reattach later. Workers can run locally on your machine, across multiple machines, or inside disposable containers with filesystem isolation using Incus, Docker, or Podman. It also includes code review capabilities where agents open reviews and update diffs live, secure MCP and REST API connections with read-write policies, and an iOS app for monitoring and answering decisions on the go.
