Macmonitor
Macmonitor is a free, open-source Mac app that displays live hardware sensor data and connects to AI agents.
MacMonitor is a Mac app that shows what your Mac hardware is doing live. It lives in the menu bar, opens a window with live graphs, keeps history, and sends alerts. It lets AI agents like Claude and Codex read hardware data through an included Model Context Protocol server. It reads hardware sensors as read-only, never writes to hardware, never needs an admin password, and sends nothing over the network. It requires Apple Silicon and macOS 15 or newer.
