LoongForge-VLDA is a vision-language-delta-action framework designed for robotic manipulation. It captures changes in state transitions by distilling them into a compact Delta, serving as an explicit interface for the action head. The method uses a V-JEPA 2 EMA teacher, a Local Transition Filter to select top regions, a Global Transition Anchor to keep the Delta consistent, and Delta-Driven Action Refinement. It is trained using the LoongForge embodied stack, including DDP, ZeRO-1, FSDP, HSDP, and component-wise freezing. It targets researchers and developers working on robotic manipulation across simulation suites like LIBERO and real robot hardware.
