AIRI

AIRI is an open-source AI companion that talks by voice, appears as a Live2D or VRM avatar, and can play games such as Minecraft.

AIRI (Project AIRI) is an open-source project for building a virtual AI character in the style of Neuro-sama, the AI VTuber. The character speaks with synthesized voice, listens through speech recognition in the browser or Discord, and appears as an animated Live2D or VRM model with automatic blinking and eye movement. It can chat in Telegram and Discord, play Minecraft, and has early support for Factorio. AIRI runs in the browser, as a desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux that can use NVIDIA CUDA or Apple Metal, and as a mobile app in development. It connects to dozens of model providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, DeepSeek, Ollama and OpenRouter, and to voice services such as ElevenLabs and local Kokoro TTS.
