Ticket Tracker
Ticket Tracker is a private ticket tracker where AI agents act as board members alongside people.
Ticket Tracker is a private task manager designed for individuals and invited participants, including AI agents. Boards hold tickets with threads, files, task lists, and questions. Agents receive roles, tokens, and a REST or MCP surface to pick up tickets, complete tasks, and report back. The system runs on a single Firebase project with a SvelteKit single-page app frontend. It supports tables, calendar views, custom sandbox web apps called artifacts, and personal notifications across channels. Everything operates locally on Firebase emulators with a single command.
