Studyai is a local-first study platform for university lectures that reads PowerPoint files, makes flashcards, and provides an optional AI tutor.
StudyAI is a local-first study platform designed for university lectures. Users can drop in PowerPoint files to read text, tables, charts, SmartArt, speaker notes, and equations side by side with the original slides. The platform generates spaced-repetition flashcards using FSRS, notes, and practice exams tailored to the lecture style. It includes search functionality across all lectures and backup options. An optional AI tutor runs on Cloudflare using a Google Gemini free-tier key, answering questions based directly on the slides and verifying quotes. The application stores all lectures, notes, and study data locally in the browser using IndexedDB.
