SolveCraft
SolveCraft is an open-source parametric 3D CAD application built in pure Rust for modelling solids.
SolveCraft is an open-source parametric 3D CAD application written in pure Rust. It operates like Fusion-style modellers, allowing users to sketch on a plane, constrain and dimension sketches, turn profiles into solids using a feature timeline, and update parameters to rebuild the model. The application runs as a desktop app, a web app, a headless CLI, and an MCP server for AI agents. Every action is a command with JSON parameters, enabling complete scripting and testing parity across the interface, CLI, and control channels. The current version supports sketching, solid modelling, parameters, components with joints, sheet metal, and a plastic-enclosure subset, while surfaces, drawings, CAM, and simulation are deferred. It is licensed under MIT or Apache-2.0 as a clean-room implementation.
