Skill-Up is an evaluation and evolution tool for Agent Skills, agents, and workspaces.

skill-up is a command-line interface for evaluating Agent Skills, agents, and their workspaces. It runs declarative cases against an Agent Engine, grades the response and workspace changes, and produces reports locally or in continuous integration. Users can measure behavior across cases, compare runs with and without a skill, evaluate agents on their own, and check how an agent works with files and repositories. It supports multiple agent engines including Qoder CLI, Claude Code, Codex, and user-defined custom agents. The tool also features skill evolution through conversation, environment provisioning, flexible judging, and structured reporting.
