It ranks queries by database time share, identifies regressions, and runs EXPLAIN with schema inspection to determine indexes to add or drop, settings to change, or queries to rewrite. Each fix includes estimated time savings, step-by-step instructions for servers, RDS, Aurora, Cloud SQL, and Azure, and ready-to-copy SQL.
