Users type a motion prompt which goes to a fast video model on fal, while a local GPU worker recovers clean 3D body and hand motion using GVHMR and WiLoR. The motion plays live on a Mixamo character in the browser using MediaPipe Pose, ready to export as a GLB file with its animation or render to MP4 via Blender. It features a stream mode for continuous performances, preset characters like X Bot, Michelle, and Soldier, and support for custom Mixamo FBX or GLB files. It runs on a Node server with a local Python FastAPI worker for the HQ pass, requiring Windows and an NVIDIA GPU for the local worker. The web app and video generation are commercially usable, while the HQ motion path uses non-commercial research components.
