PicPassed

PicPassed is a web tool that checks home-taken passport and visa photos against official rules before payment.

PicPassed is a web application that allows users to create U.S. passport, visa, and green card photos using their phone camera without installing an app. Users take a photo against a plain light wall, and the system checks size, pose, eyes, light, and background live against official U.S. rules. The tool never edits, smooths, or alters the photo. Once the photo passes all checks, users pay a single fee of $9.99 to download a digital file for online forms and a 4x6 print sheet containing two 2x2 photos for printing at local stores. The photo processing and checking happen entirely on the user's device.
