One Code

One Code is an open-source implementation of the Claude Code workflow that supports any model or provider.

One Code recreates the coding workflow of Claude Code while leaving the model slot open for any provider. It supports subagents, Git worktrees, auto mode, plan mode, permissions, and context management directly on models from Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, OpenRouter, or local setups. Users can reuse their existing CLAUDE.md files, skills, commands, agents, and permission rules with no import step. The software adjusts prompts and tool guidance across four capability tiers to match the chosen model. It is designed for developers who want flexible model choices within a familiar agentic coding interface.
