Liner Notes

Liner Notes is an AI journaling app for iPhone that drafts diaries automatically from places, photos, plans, and conversations.

Liner Notes is an AI journaling app for iPhone that automatically drafts diary entries from daily places, photos, plans, sleep, steps, heart rate, and conversations. Users can review the draft at night, edit it, and save it with a single tap. It tracks conversations by transcribing spoken notes on the device, splitting them by speaker, and deleting the audio recording immediately after. Users can choose whether text is generated on-device using Apple Intelligence, via Apple's private cloud, or through OpenAI. The app requires no account, stores data locally on the iPhone rather than developer servers, and supports exports as Markdown or to iCloud Drive. The free version includes the daily diary, automatic records, drafting, and export, while a subscription adds daily morning notes, weekly letters, conversation records, and additional features.
