DeepAnalyze is an agentic Large Language Model designed to automate data science tasks from start to finish. It manages data preparation, analysis, modeling, visualization, and report generation without human intervention. The system supports structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data inputs, including formats like CSV, Excel, Databases, JSON, XML, YAML, TXT, and Markdown. Users can deploy the model locally using vLLM or interact with it through a browser-based WebUI, a command-line interface, or a Jupyter Notebook environment. The project is fully open-source, allowing users to extend the assistant and perform code execution in Docker-based sandboxed environments. It also offers an OpenAI-style API for integration into other workflows.
