Codex Session Operator
Codex Session Operator is a Kubernetes operator for running OpenAI coding agents against Git repositories in isolated workspaces.
Codex Session Operator runs OpenAI coding agents against Git repositories within a Kubernetes cluster. It gives an agent a task, lets it work in an isolated workspace, and allows users to read results through an HTTP API or CLI. The system uses Kubernetes Agent Sandbox for command execution and persistent storage, while a gateway saves messages, results, and approvals in PostgreSQL. OpenAI handles the agent loop and model inference, while the local cluster executes commands. The project is currently in alpha and requires OpenAI Agents API access.
