Claude Migrate
Claude Migrate is a command-line tool that moves Claude Desktop Code sessions to another account on the same Mac.
Claude Migrate is an open source command-line utility for macOS users who switch Claude accounts, such as moving from a personal account to a Team account. When accounts change, the Claude Desktop Code sidebar appears empty because Desktop uses separate storage directories per account. The tool copies local sidebar JSON session records from the source account store to the target account store without modifying transcripts or existing files. It preserves session IDs so existing sidebar pins carry over, empties cloud bridge IDs, and removes old scheduled task identifiers. To prevent data corruption, operations default to a dry run, refuse to execute while Claude Desktop is running, log writes to a manifest before execution, and include an undo command.
